Daily walks with beautiful little Rhum 🐕 and all the lovely things we’ve seen and heard (shooting stars, owls, eagles, deer, sunsets, lovely people and dogs along the way) 🦉 home-made immunity teas have kept us well so far this winter! ☕️ lovely books 📚 Weleda 🍃 Purdy & Figg cleaning products make the house smell amazing 🌷 Violette products also beautiful! 🌺 I’ve swapped coffee for Rainbow Dust since early summer and definitely have noticed a difference (more consistently cheerful for one thing!)🌈 good, kind, genuine people always ❤️ abhyanga in the bath (super comforting for the body)🛁 magnesium oil on feet before bed 👣 daily somatic/ nervous system regulation practices - gorgeous and gentle but they really do work 🔥how pretty Inverness is 🌅
