I’m so proud of myself. I’d planned to train hard for this race, but life got busy. Between family, work and building Beauty by Felion, there were plenty of weeks when running didn’t happen.

Today I showed up anyway. Every kilometre was between 5:16 and 5:31, and I crossed the finish line smiling. And, as always, my biggest supporters — my family — were there cheering me on. ❤️

Running reminds me of something I’m learning in business too: plans change, progress isn’t always perfect, but you can keep going and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

Today, I’m celebrating this one. I did it! 💚

I’m now officially qualified in Brazilian Sculpting Massage and Wood Therapy Massage.

Brazilian Sculpting Massage combines lymphatic drainage and sculpting techniques to help reduce puffiness, support circulation and leave the body feeling lighter and more defined.

Wood Therapy uses specially shaped wooden tools and massage techniques to support lymphatic drainage and help contour the body.

Today I did something that felt like a big step for me and my young business 💙

I attended my first Speed Networking Breakfast with Highland Business Women — and I’m so glad I went.

Walking into a room full of new people and introducing myself and my business was definitely a little outside my comfort zone. But everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and it was genuinely interesting to hear so many different stories from women running completely different businesses across the Highlands.

Beauty by Felion is still a young business, so becoming part of this community feels like an important new chapter.

Today I’m simply proud of myself for taking this step, showing up and putting my business out there ✨

The biggest change in this before & after isn’t visible.

Yes, you can see it:

Her eyes look more open.
Her cheeks appear slightly lifted.
The area around her mouth and jaw looks softer.
Her whole face looks more balanced and less heavy.

But she didn’t come to me to look younger.

She came carrying a lot of tension through her head, neck and shoulders.

After her first Ecolifting session, she told me that the top of her neck and the area around the base of her skull felt better — and that she could already feel definite progress.

That was the result that mattered most to her.

Because sometimes the change you need isn’t only something you can see in the mirror. It’s something you want to feel in your own body.
