🎉40 YEARS OF HEALTH & WELLBEING

This September marks a very special milestone for me — 40 years since I began my journey in the health and wellbeing profession.

The photograph I’m sharing was taken in 1994 when I was travelling the world on a cruise ship. ✨

I was young, full of hope, dreams and excitement for the future. I had no idea where life would take me, what experiences I would have, or the incredible people I would meet along the way.

I am especially grateful that my journey led me to acupuncture. Discovering its transformational benefits for health and wellbeing was truly life-changing, and I feel privileged to be able to support my lovely clients through acupuncture, reflexology and aromatherapy.
