Treatments in clinic can give stunning results but they work best if you’re looking after your skin at home ✨ You can’t expect them to completely undo damage that is still happening as soon as you leave the clinic room.

Here are some easy tips to follow…

1. Stop using sun beds ❌ It completely baffles me that this is something I have to say, but I still hear of people using them. Not only does it age your skin, but the damage it causes!! There is no point spending £££ to reduce wrinkles and then using a sun bed.

2. Wear SPF every day. Not just in your make up or moisturiser, but a stand alone one. Your face will thank you.

3. Use a consistent skincare routine. It doesn’t need to be 15 steps, just products that suit your skin.

4. Drink your water. Or squash if you must. But sugary drinks, living off coffee or just not drinking enough water is not going to give you glowing skin.

5. Be consistent with your treatment plan. You cannot expect to have 1 Microneedling session and have wrinkle free skin. It just doesn’t work like that.
