Its April! How did that happen? Where did all the time go?!
Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the brighter evenings and slightly warmer days! The salon remains busy with myself and Katie. Sorry to anyone who hasn't managed to get an appointment with us, as you can imagine the appointments get booked up really quickly and in advance. So if you can, book ahead to ensure a slot!

Our Maria is taking each day as it comes and has popped in to say hello a couple of times so its been lovely to hear her laugh within the salon ☺️

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our clients old and new!!
As we close the door for Christmas and I open a bottle of advocaat for snowballs I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you for your constant support. Its not been the easiest of years but the salon is still standing (yay!) and its with thanks to all of you, for your patience and understanding of the challenges we've faced.
Your custom, friendship and love means so much to myself and Maria.

I also wanted to say Thank you again to Jo for helping out and to Katie who has been amazing since coming back and it feels like shes never been away!

The salon will re-open on Tuesday 30th December for one day and then be back to normal working hours from Friday 2nd January.

It seems time has got away with me this year and I haven't put our Christmas and New year open hours on!

Our last working day is Tuesday 23rd December 9am - 5.30pm, the salon will be closed Christmas Eve until Tuesday 30th December where I will be working 9.30 - 5.30 and will reopen as usual on Friday 2nd January! ho ho ho! 🎅

Our lovely Jo is leaving the salon today, once again. At least I don't cry quite so much now as she does tend to come back 😉❤️

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jo for helping myself and Maria when we were in desperate need of it back in February.
Its been a huge help to me especially, as she was here from the start when I was finding my feet, dealing with responsibilities I'd never had in the salon before, as well as trying to process Maria not being in the salon.
I've cried and laughed with her over these last few months and want to say thank you for helping my confidence too.
Thank you Jo for being wonderful and I'm sure you wont be a stranger to the salon in the future.

Its November which means Mariah Carey and Michael Buble are starting to defrost and we may be thinking of gifts for people.... yes Christmas is coming a little too quickly!🎄
Dont worry the tree isn't up yet but we have got the new OPI Christmas colours in "Good Enough to treat" and a few little gifts too ❤️

Just a little update on our Maria, she has been home from her final treatment for nearly a month and is doing really well. A close eye is still being kept on her recovery but the doctors are pleased with her progress. She looks really well but it'll still be a while before she see's you all in the salon ☺️

On another note with the school summer holidays started, opening hours in the salon will be a little bit mixed. Times may be shorter and we will be closed on Wednesdays and some Thursdays. Please do leave a message and we'll get back to you asap.
Jo wont be working but is covering a couple of days whilst I'm away on holiday. Other times it may just be myself on my own or Katie.
As you can imagine, the salon is pretty booked up over the next few weeks, I apologise for any disappoint if you are unable to get an appointment.

Just a little update on our Maria,
Maria had her last procedure at Addenbrookes Hospital last week with help from her amazing brother ❤️
She is recovering really well so far but it'll be a while longer before shes back with us all.

Needless to say, I know the salon doesn't quite feel the same without her and despite how I try to elevate the sound level myself, I look forward to the day shes back on the desk in all her wonderfulness!☺️

Thank you for all your support and love for Maria, I know it continues to mean a lot to her.

I'd like to say a massive thank you for all your patience and understanding in regards to appointments and kindness to myself, Katie and Jo too.
