I’ve been away and had some time off for my birthday 🥰

I am fully booked the rest of this week and next week, I have some availability from the week of 31st August! I also have some back to school offers which I’ll be revealing this weekend that’ll be valid through September ! ❤️

My aim is to provide every client with a friendly, relaxed and professional experience in a safe and welcoming environment.

I pride myself on taking my time, maintaining high hygiene standards and continually investing in my education, products and techniques to ensure you receive the best possible results.

The following policies are in place to help appointments run smoothly and ensure every client receives the same high standard of service. By booking an appointment with L.L Lashes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these policies.

✨ Arriving to Your Appointment

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes where possible.

Every lash appointment includes a complimentary lash cleanse before your treatment. However, excessive eye makeup, eyeliner or old lash adhesive will reduce the treatment time available and may affect how much of your lash set or infill I can complete during your appointment.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as I may still be preparing for your appointment or finishing with another client.

🚗 Parking

As my home salon is located on a busy bus route, I kindly ask that clients park considerately and avoid blocking neighbouring driveways or bus stops wherever possible.

👤 Additional Guests

To ensure a calm, relaxing environment and for insurance and safety reasons, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless we have discussed and agreed otherwise in advance.

⏰ Late Arrivals

I completely understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen! If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time.

Appointments more than 30 minutes late will unfortunately need to be cancelled and rescheduled.

🤍 72-Hour Lash Retention Guarantee

Lash retention varies from person to person and can be affected by many factors including your natural lash cycle, hormones, skincare, skin oiliness, aftercare and overall lash health.

If you experience excessive lash loss within the first 72 hours, please get in touch as soon as possible. Clear photographs of your lashes will be required before a complimentary fix is offered.

After the initial 72 hours, any maintenance required will be chargeable. Mini Lash Refresh appointments are available within 7 days of your original appointment, after which the appropriate infill price will apply.

📅 Cancellations & No Shows

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change, especially when children decide to become poorly at the worst possible time!

For this reason, I do not charge cancellation fees for a first late cancellation.

However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will require full payment upfront before another appointment can be booked.

Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments without making contact may be asked to pay a cancellation fee or pay in full before all future appointments.

💗 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds cannot be offered once a treatment has been completed.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please let me know before leaving your appointment so I can do everything possible to ensure you leave happy.

If you have any concerns after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I will always be happy to discuss any issues and work with you to find a fair solution wherever possible.

🌿 Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first Lash Lift or Brow Lamination appointment, even if you have previously had the treatment elsewhere, as different products can produce different reactions.

Results vary from person to person and may also vary between appointments due to factors such as hormones, medication, skin changes and your natural hair growth cycle.

For the best possible results:

• Keep lashes and brows dry for the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours, apply a nourishing oil or conditioning balm daily to keep the hairs healthy, hydrated and conditioned.

Results typically last around 6 weeks.

To protect the health of your natural lashes and brows, I do not recommend repeating a Lash Lift or Brow Lamination before 6 weeks and reserve the right to refuse treatment if less than 5 weeks have passed.

Maintenance appointments are available approximately 3–4 weeks after your original treatment to refresh your results without repeating the full chemical process.

Lash Lift Maintenance (£15) includes:

Brow Lamination Maintenance (£15) includes:

💕 Foreign Infills

I only offer infills on lash extensions originally applied by L.L Lashes.

If your lash extensions have been applied elsewhere, a removal and new full set will usually be required. This allows me to guarantee the quality, safety and longevity of my work.

🌿 Allergies & Medical Advice

Although every effort is made to ensure treatments are carried out safely, allergic reactions can occur at any time, even if you have previously had the same treatment without issue.

It is your responsibility to inform me of any known allergies, medical conditions, medications or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

Should you experience any reaction following your appointment, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional as soon as possible.

L.L Lashes cannot accept liability for allergic reactions or complications that occur despite appropriate consultation, patch testing and the correct use of professional products.

If you would prefer not to have photographs taken, please just let me know, there is absolutely no pressure.

The last few weeks have been incredibly busy with end of term events especially with my daughter leaving primary school!

Quick reminder - I will be taking on limited appointments in the summer holidays but I expect these will go quickly so if you’d like any treatments / infills done please book in advance if you can! I will be away 12-18th August so if you’re due an infill around then get in contact to secure a slot suitable for you 🥰 as before, it will primarily be morning appointments early due to the heat in my lash room.
