📢 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT UPDATE 📢

We want to be completely transparent with you all. Since moving over to our new booking system, we’ve been a little too relaxed with enforcing our deposit policy while we’ve been getting used to everything. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a noticeable increase in late cancellations and no-shows, which have a big impact on our small business. 🤍

Because of this, we now need to go back to strictly enforcing our deposit policy for all appointments.

All appointments must be secured with a 25% deposit. If you currently have an upcoming appointment without a deposit showing on the system, a member of the team will be in touch to arrange this.

✨ Want to make things easier?
You can choose to leave a deposit permanently on your account. Instead of it being deducted from each appointment and then paying another deposit when you rebook, it can simply remain on file to secure your future appointments.

Just a little reminder of how our policy works:
🤍 Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable when you cancel or make changes more than 48 hours before your appointment.
🤍 If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
🤍 If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will also be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

We genuinely don’t like having to enforce charges, and we completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows often leave us with appointment spaces that we simply cannot refill, meaning we lose that income.

Thank you SO much to everyone who respects our policies, gives us plenty of notice when plans change and continues to support our little business. It really does mean more than you know. 🫶🏼
