My diary is open to new clients however I’m not taking new clients for Saturdays or late night appointments at the moment. My first available Saturday for this month is the 19th and first available late night is the 24th.

3 no shows today resulting in a loss of income of £91!!

There’s absolutely no excuse for this. I send a reminder message the night before and all it takes is some decency to reply and say you can’t make it. I’ve specifically had to knock clients back for this week aswell so it’s just so disappointing that people would do this.

I know some of my clients don’t reply to the reminder and still turn up but unfortunately going forward I need everyone to reply to confirm to keep both of us right. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by others.

A reminder of my cancellation/no show policy..

I respectfully ask for atleast 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you give less than 48 hours notice unfortunately you will loose the deposit you have paid and a new deposit would be required to make another booking.

Less than 24 hours notice/no shows would be required to pay the full amount of the treatment(s) and no further bookings can be made until the balance is cleared.

I’m off(again)😂 for 2 weeks in August to continue my 30th celebrations. I’m taking the p**s I know but you only turn 30 once!🤷‍♀️😂

Currently won’t be taking on any new clients in August as my regular clients come first but any appointments available nearer the time will be posted🥰

I’m off for the last 2 weeks in August back to work on Saturday 29th.
