Just a quick message to let all of Cherie's clients know that she is having to isolate for the next 10 days, meaning all of her appointments within this time are now cancelled.

Hi all!

Lorraine has broken her foot today, and has been told not to stand on it for a while.

She will be in touch with everyone who has an appointment soon.

Because there is so much going on about patch testing, we require you to get a patch test 48 hours prior to your colour appointment. This is only for full head colours (not highlights).

This will be available for clients who are booked for Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th on SATURDAY (3rd) MORNING 9AM-10AM.
It will only take a minute and will be carried at the front door - as we are not permitted to open before Monday 5th.

Please just swing by anytime between 9-10, there are no bookings required for this.

Rules still apply and masks will need to be worn for this.

For clients booked in thereafter, it will be able to be done in the shop.

Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone but it's to keep everyone save!

Hi Everyone!

All hairdressers are now full booked for April.

We are now asking for anyone who still needs an appointment, to call the shop after 5th April and we will get you booked in over the phone.

Lorraine also wants to let all her fab clients know that she will be working reduced days/hours due to family circumstances.

Hi to all our amazing clients!

Just a little message to confirm that all appointments after Christmas Eve are now unfortunately cancelled due to this third lockdown.

We want to apologise to clients who had their last appt cancelled during the 2nd lockdown, we are so sorry if we haven't managed to fit you in. We had hoped to at least get you done between Christmas and New year, but that has now been taken out of our hands.

There's a worry we take time to reschedule everyone and then have to contact you all again to rearrange for another time if this lockdown gets extended - so we won't be making any other appts until we have a confirmed date of return from the government.

We hope you all understand, it is heartbreaking to have to do this for the third time around.

Let's all hope next year is a better year for everyone.

As you will all know by now, we will be going into lockdown from this Friday at 6pm.

We are overwhelmed with phone calls and messages - we know you are all concerned about your appointments.

We will get in touch with everyone who is booked within the next 3 weeks to reschedule but please understand it is going to be very difficult to fit 3 weeks worth of appointments into an already busy 2 weeks before Christmas - but we will do our very best even if it needs to be into the new year.
