I’m absolutely delighted to announce that I’ll be joining Nurse Rhi Bell as a Regional Lead for BAMAN in Scotland. British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN)
Rhi has built something truly inspiring. Through determination, vision and an incredible work ethic, she has grown Clinic 22 from a single clinic into a successful multi-site brand. She is passionate about business, coaching and mindset, and I’m looking forward to working alongside her.
For those who don’t know me, I’m an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years’ NHS experience, including more than 20 years in advanced clinical practice and the last 10 years specialising in medical aesthetics. Following my NHS career as a Nurse Consultant in Acute and Emergency Medicine, I co-founded Alchemy Health & Wellness, an HIS-registered clinic recognised for its exceptional standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
My specialist interests are facial anatomy, ultrasound-guided aesthetics and the management of injectable complications.
As a BAMAN Regional Lead, I’m passionate about creating a psychologically safe space where nurses can learn, share experiences and openly discuss the realities of aesthetic practice. Through collaboration, mentorship and honest conversations, I hope to support clinicians at every stage of their careers while helping to raise standards and improve patient safety across our profession.
I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to meet and support more of the nursing community across Scotland.

Memories, experiences and time spent together, what else really matters 🌍
I never set out to be anyone’s boss 🤯
but managing a team is something I’ve had to learn as I go in this business & it’s one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done!
Watching the women around me grow in confidence and develop alongside Clinic 22 is something I’m so grateful for & I’m very lucky to have a team that continues to grow with me.
That said, it is absolutely not for the faint hearted 😅
The worst business advice I’ve ever been given?
“Go and follow all of your competitors’ followers”
Please just don’t 🤣❌
It’s obvious, it feels a bit icky and if you’re a local business, you’ll probably end up following their aunties & cousins 🤣
Focus on building your own community instead 🤍
