4th June 2026:

I was recommended to Marc after he was prescribed various medications from his GP, tried lots of different skincare products and done his own research online with no improvement to his skin.

As a last resort, he booked my Initial Consultation.

This was an in- depth 1.5 hour consultation where we dug a little deeper to identify the root cause of his papulopustular rosacea.

We discussed everything he had tried in the past, what he eats and when, causes of stress in his life, his occupation, his exercise routine, his daily habits, everything related to 💩, his sleep pattern, his skincare routine… things your GP doesn’t ask.

A few things flagged up to me which gave me lots to work with.

After his appointment, I typed up his Skin Plan explaining my thoughts and with recommended diet and lifestyle changes he could make to help improve his skin. His Skin Plan also included product recommendations and a treatment plan, should he wish to purchase or book 👉🏻

2nd July 2026:

Four weeks of following his Skin Plan and his skin had improved significantly 🤩
