Technology is great but sometimes using steps is just what you’ve got to do 😅

I wasn’t doing anything other than torturing them with some runs during the warm up. Nothing we needed to measure, nothing we kept note of or anything that would guide our rehab. Just a simple drill 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I think it’s what’s you call time efficient 💁🏻‍♀️😅

I’m sure there’s worse Tuesdays out there 😅

It’s not all happening at once…but one day maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️

Disaster happens…just got to use the tools available 🤷🏻‍♀️

And that’s why our glove bill is so high…boys are always using all my hair bobbles 😅

I swear it doesn’t hurt too bad when you snip it with scissors to take it out 😅

The pre game day can be, no, it IS hectic! So I like to be as prepped as possible. Thinking of almost everything I can have out, out in the changing rooms. You best believe I’m going to get asked where something is and it will be on top of the box…I work in a male dominated environment. Finding things is not their forte, especially not things that are clear in sight 😅
