I understand that life gets in the way and some times you are unable to attend your appointment. However, this is my business and my only source of income so cancellations hinder this.

Cancellation 73 hours before- no charge
Cancellation 48 hours before appointment- half payment is required
Cancellation 24 or less - full payment is required

If a booking fee is paid to secure your appointment and you cancel 24 hours or less before appointment this is then non-refundable and another deposit is required to re-schedule your appointment.
