🧘‍♀️Brand new to Zen Babies this wonderful collaboration with Alice Butler Coaching will bring you a deeper connection with your baby, connection with other parents, a sweet social event as well as all the benefits of Baby Yoga starting with improved sleep and digestion.

🧘‍♀️After you've enjoyed your Baby Yoga session, with movement and songs, stretch and grow routines desiged to support your baby's natural growth and development you'll step it up a bit with Alice. Using small weights and resistance bands you'll feel stronger with her workout routine. This easily converts to use at home and help you power through the next stage of your post partum journey.

🥐 Unwind and relax with some light snacks and a cold drink included with the option to purchase hot drinks.

♥️♥️Let’s start the weekend with this little one Zen Babies journey.

At just 3 weeks old mum, dad and this little cutie arrived for the Parent and Baby Wellbeing Course. Once he’d enjoyed 5 weeks of getting a full body massage, staring into the mirror on the sensory toys and having some super bonding time with mum and dad he was ready for yoga!

Once the Strong Start Baby Yoga course started he was there with bells on! He’s giggled and smiled (fed and slept) through the 5 weeks of stretching, playing, singing and sensory fun and relaxations for mum. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have you all in class.

Ladies Night at The Little Biscuit Pottery Painting Studio this evening!

Lots of us were small business owners and were able to share our leaflets, I’m very pleased to say I met two pregnant women!

I cannot wait to get my lemon pasta bowl back soon and see it all shiny and finished!!
