3 years to the day since we opened the doors to Recovery Float Leeds/Bradford. It has been an unbelievable journey. We started with two float pods that we bought off the back of any loan or credit card we could get our hands on 😂 We watched the sniggers, the smirks, listened to the "well that's not going to work" — and we were resilient, because we knew we were going to do something positive in this world and create a space for people to feel better mentally and physically, and we never doubted ourselves.
We had zero investment, but luckily we have an amazing family who mucked in, and we built the place with our bare hands. The first year was the hardest thing we have ever done — 6 to 7 days a week, quite often sat in the shop for 18 hours praying for some bookings 😂 Luckily we learnt quickly, and 6 months in it started to take off. One year in, we took on our first staff member and expanded with massage, sauna and ice bath. Next came three more incredible staff members.

Now, three years to the day we opened the doors, we have just signed the lease on our next expansion — HBOT and red light therapy coming very soon!!! We have laughed, cried, built friendships that will last a lifetime, and grown as people so much.
So to anybody that has ever visited us, liked a post, shared something, told a friend about us — we appreciate every single one of you more than you could know. But the biggest thank you is to God 🙏 Here's to the next chapter 🙏💙
