When I was competing in Thai boxing, imposter syndrome had a grip on me.
I remember speaking to a sports psychologist who said something that stuck with me:
“If you prepare to fail, and then you fail… did you actually succeed?”
At the time, I found it incredibly hard to truly believe I could win. And even when I did win, instead of feeling proud, I felt like a fraud. Like I didn’t deserve it.
That cycle can be exhausting. And if I’m honest, it still shows up in my life now.
The difference is awareness.
I’m better at noticing it, challenging those thoughts, accepting accomplishments instead of dismissing them, and choosing to create more positive days rather than letting negative thinking take over.
Progress isn’t always about eliminating the battle. Sometimes it’s learning how to respond differently to it.

A lot of injuries are a build up of dysfunctional movements so essentially ‘wrong practice’. So practices something wrongly is the reason you’re injured.
If you have perfect practice then you can achieve the best results!

Did you know that some common symptoms of a blocked lymphatic system can create some over lapping symptoms of perimenopause?
Clearing the lymphatic system is easy and can be done whilst drying yourself after the shower.
The big 6 refers to the 6 clusters of lymph nodes in your body.
Neck
