Over the past couple of weeks we had quite a number of last min appointments cancellation, changes and even no show.
Which isn’t fair on clients trying to get appointments and for staff aswell.
Your custom and appointment is important to us and I’ve never been strict in our deposit policy but unfortunately I’m now goin to have to insist all appointments will need to pay 30% deposit on all treatments when booking.
We require at least 48hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged full of the service price.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Sorry for any inconvenience ladies and I hope you can understand.
