Attention clients, due to repeated last-minute cancellations and a no-show today, my cancellation policy is firm but fair. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours notice or missing an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. This is non-negotiable and there is no compromise. Thank you to all my clients who respect my time and support my small business. Your time is valuable. So is mine.

This is in your consultation form which all clients are required to fill in, sign and date so it is a legally binding contract. Any client that does not wish to adhere to my cancellation policy are happy to find another hair stylist.
