The Dr Lord Approach - Aesthetics Training + Mentorship is my aesthetics training academy, and home of the Complications Masterclass.

I’m Dr Keiron Lord. I still work in the NHS as an obstetrics and gynaecology doctor, and I’ve spent over 10 years in aesthetics. I’ve also spent years working in medical education as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Education at one of the UK’s largest medical schools.

I’ve trained hundreds of practitioners around the world, in the UK, France, the UAE, and beyond.

The question I get asked most isn’t about technique. It’s “what do I do when something goes wrong?” That’s why complications sit at the heart of everything I teach.

I’m an NHS doctor with over 10 years in aesthetics, and I opened this clinic for one reason. You deserve treatments that actually work.
