I wanted to share this so my clients are aware this is pinned to the top of my page.

This is a very busy time of year for me and when clients don’t show up or cancel on the day it’s very difficult to fill the space at such short notice. My 100% payment on the day is to cover the loss of my earnings. If you don’t come I do not get paid it’s that simple. I do not feel like I should also justify why this is in place but if anyone needs anymore information on my cancellation policy please feel free to contact me.

48 HOUR NOTICE.

If you need to CANCEL, AMEND or RESCHEDULE your appointment please give 24 HOURS notice otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.

If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment may have to be cancelled and rescheduled.

A ‘NO SHOW’ or “CANCELLATION ON DAY”will incure 100% of the treatment cost.

Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ are damaging to a small business. Please give me plenty of notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Unfortunately I’m unable to fill them at little notice.
