At Lotus Relaxation Studio, my focus has never been on offering the lowest price. My focus is on giving you quality, time, care and a treatment that is personalised to what your body actually needs.

When you book with me, you are not simply paying for a massage. You are paying for my experience, professional training, continued education, knowledge of different techniques, preparation before your appointment, and the time I take to listen to you and understand where you are feeling tight, stiff or uncomfortable.

Every body is different, so every treatment should be different too. I don’t believe in rushing clients through appointments or giving everyone exactly the same massage. I assess, adapt and use the techniques that are most suitable for you.

I continue to invest in courses and training because I want to keep improving what I can offer my clients. I believe good treatment is about more than pressure — it is about technique, safety, knowledge and knowing when to work deeper and when not to.

My studio is a private, one-to-one space where you can relax without feeling rushed. I would rather focus on fewer clients and give each person my full attention than try to fit as many appointments as possible into one day.

So yes, I may not be the cheapest.

My client came in with osteoarthritis, a very tight neck and shoulders, and frozen shoulder, so I took extra care throughout today’s treatment.

Stress can often cause the muscles to stay tense, particularly around the neck, shoulders and upper back, which may increase stiffness, discomfort and restricted movement.

The treatment was carefully adapted to her condition, comfort and mobility, focusing on gently releasing tension and improving movement without forcing the body.

After just one session, we already saw a very encouraging improvement in movement and overall comfort. 💪✨
