Hey 👋

My name’s Lois, and I’m the proud owner of The Beauty Spot in Eccleston St Helens.

If you don’t already know me, I thought it was time for a little introduction…

Before entering the beauty industry, I spent most of my career working in banking and finance. After years of dreaming about a career in beauty, I finally took the leap at 42 and enrolled on a makeup course—and I’ve never looked back!

As if that wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I welcomed my third child, Lucas, right in the middle of my training at the ripe old age of 44! 🙈

Let’s just say perimenopause symptoms can be very similar to early pregnancy… so consider yourselves warned! 😂

Since then, I’ve continued to train, learn and grow my business, and I absolutely love helping my clients feel confident, beautiful and their very best selves.

One thing my clients quickly learn about me is that I’m very thorough. I never want anyone to feel rushed, so I always allow plenty of time for treatments. For me, it’s about getting the best results possible, not squeezing as many appointments into the day as I can.

I’m also known for being friendly, approachable and a good listener. Whether you want to sit quietly and relax, have a laugh, or offload the stresses of the day, I’m here for all of it! Many of my clients leave feeling like they’ve had a treatment and a catch-up with a friend.

So if you’re looking for a quick in-and-out appointment, I might not be the beauty therapist for you. But if you value attention to detail, a welcoming atmosphere, and someone who genuinely cares about your experience, then you’ll fit right in at The Beauty Spot. 🤍
