I can finally breathe… 😮💨✨
The last 4 months have probably been the most testing of my career.
Preparing for CQC, getting the clinic inspection-ready, hiring a new team member, implementing new systems, and still seeing patients every day… it’s been a lot.
The truth is, no one teaches you how to run a business. You learn as you go, you make mistakes, you adapt, and you keep moving forward. It’s definitely given me a few more grey hairs! 😂
I’ve now completed my CQC interview (now it’s just the waiting game 🤞), and for the first time in months, I feel like I can actually switch off and breathe.
This weekend was exactly what I needed—celebrating love with my absolute best friend, dancing, laughing, and reminding myself that life isn’t just about work. Sometimes you need to step away, recharge, and remember why you work so hard in the first place. ❤️
Here’s hoping the hard work pays off… but whatever happens, I’m so proud of everything my team and I have achieved together.

You saw my previous full-face before and after, but let’s talk through how I approach this patient’s face from a full-face perspective from the very beginning.
Because this result wasn’t created with one treatment.
It was created through careful assessment, understanding the ageing process, and building a treatment plan that addressed the face as a whole.
When a patient presents like this, I’m not just looking at one line, one fold, or one area that’s bothering them.
I’m assessing:
✨ Skin quality and overall skin health
✨ Facial volume loss and structural support
✨ Upper, mid and lower face proportions
✨ Signs of laxity and tissue descent
✨ Dynamic muscle activity and facial expression patterns
✨ How light and shadow are interacting across the face
Only once I understand why the face looks tired, heavy or aged can I decide which treatments will actually create meaningful improvement.
For this patient, the plan involved a combination approach, including skin health optimisation, wrinkle-relaxing treatments, strategic volume restoration and long-term collagen stimulation.
Each treatment played a role.
No single treatment created this result.
This is how we create outcomes that look natural, balanced and age well over time.
