Rich girl habits I’m practising every single day⤵️

Most people think “wealthy girl energy” is about money, aesthetics, or what you can buy. But for me, it’s become about how I show up in the smallest, most consistent ways every day. These habits are quiet, but they change (literally) EVERYTHING!!! They don’t need validation, they just compound over time and start to shift how you carry yourself, how people respond to you, and how you see yourself.

Because “rich girl” isn’t a look. It’s a mindset, a standard, and a way of moving through life✨✨✨

Not everything you were taught about success, rest, progress, and self-care is true⚠️

And the moment you realise that, things don’t just shift externally, they start to shift internally too🤍🤍

For me, a lot of growth has come from ✨unlearning✨. Rewiring the way I think, question, and respond to things I once accepted as normal. I’ve had to unteach myself patterns that kept me playing small, second-guessing myself, and staying in spaces that didn’t align with who I was becoming.

It is not always comfortable to challenge your own “default settings”😵‍💫, especially when they’ve been there for yeeeearssss. But I’ve learned that staying the same costs more than changing ever will!!!

Unlearning is not about becoming someone different. It is about removing what was never truly yours in the first place, so you can finally show up fully, without shrinking yourself to fit old expectations. It’s time to stop living on autopilot and start consciously choosing what you allow to shape you🫶🏻🫶🏻
