PRP begins with a small sample of your own blood, which is processed in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma. These photographs document the first session, so this is only the beginning of the treatment journey. PRP is not intended to create an instant or artificial-looking transformation. The aim is to encourage the skin’s own regenerative processes, with changes developing gradually as the skin renews and collagen remodelling takes place.

Depending on the individual, their skin concerns and treatment goals, a course of treatments may be recommended, followed by maintenance where appropriate. A full consultation is carried out to establish suitability and create an individual treatment plan.

We’ll be documenting this client’s progress following her first treatment and sharing her results as her skin journey continues. ✨

✨ A little bit about me… ✨

My journey in the beauty industry started when I was just 16 years old, beginning my career in hairdressing. I’m now 53, and all these years later I still have the same passion for learning, creating and helping people feel good about themselves. ❤️

Over the years, my career has grown from hairdressing into hair loss and scalp treatments, scalp micropigmentation and, more recently, aesthetics, which I began around three years ago.

One thing about me… I never stop learning! 😂🤭
I’m constantly furthering my skills, taking new courses, gaining new qualifications and looking for ways to bring something new to my clients.

For me, building my business has never been about standing still. Every new skill has led me to the next chapter. Hair led me into understanding hair loss, which opened the door to scalp treatments, and that journey eventually took me into aesthetics and advanced beauty treatments.

Even after 37 years in the industry, I still wake up with new ideas. 🤭 I’m always thinking about what I can improve, what I can learn next and what I can bring into the salon.

This year has been another huge chapter, with the renovation and opening of my new clinic at Bev’s Salon — something I’ve worked incredibly hard to create. 🥹❤️

And I’m definitely not finished yet… 😂

I genuinely believe that every day is a new opportunity to learn, grow and build something better than yesterday. My business keeps me motivated, my clients inspire me, and I absolutely love seeing where this journey takes me next.
