After a wonderful few weeks of sunshine, relaxation, and making special memories before our little one arrives, it’s almost time to head home.

I’ve loved every minute of slowing down and soaking up this precious time, but I’m also so excited to get back and see all my lovely clients for my final few weeks before maternity leave. 💕

As I prepare for my biggest adventure yet, my last working day before maternity leave will be 22nd August. 🤍

Appointments are filling quickly, so if you’re hoping to see me before then, please make sure you’re booked in.

Depending on how I’m feeling, I may open some additional midweek appointments throughout July and early August. These won’t appear on my booking system, so please message me directly to enquire.

Being pregnant and spending time in the Spanish sunshine has made me even more conscious of looking after my skin.

Pregnancy can bring so many changes increased sensitivity, pigmentation, melasma (“the pregnancy mask”), and a greater risk of sun damage. As much as I love the sun and a healthy glow, protecting my skin and my baby will always come first. ✨

SPF has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, helping to protect against pigmentation and keeping my skin healthy throughout this journey.

You don’t have to avoid the sunshine when you’re pregnant, but you do need to be mindful of how your skin responds and take extra care.

My top tips:
💕 Wear SPF 30-50 every day
💕 Reapply regularly
💕 Stay hydrated
💕 Seek shade during peak sun hours
💕 Be kind to your changing skin
