Iâm so happy to finally get my hands on the new Collagen Flex! đ¤
Iâve been waiting to try this, and I have to say⌠the original Collagen Boozt was always going to be hard to beat. Itâs been one of my favourites for a long time.
But this⌠đ
The taste is absolutely beautiful too, and I already know this is going to become my go-to when Iâm travelling. The compact box makes it so much easier to throw into a suitcase, gym bag or hand luggage without taking up loads of space.
For anyone whoâs always on the move like me, thatâs a huge win. âď¸đŞ
Same commitment to supporting healthy skin, joints and connective tissue, but in a format that fits a busy lifestyle.
Iâll be putting it to the test over the next few weeks, but first impressions? Iâm seriously impressed. đ
đ And hereâs a little bonusâŚ
Anyone who purchases Collagen Flex before the end of the month will receive a FREE Skin Serum as a gift.
If youâd like the link to order yours, just DM me and Iâll send it straight over. đ

This really made me smile todayâŚ
I stumbled across a post from a health influencer with almost half a million followers.
Sheâd shared her Omega6:3 ratio⌠and the comments exploded.
Over 1,600 people were asking for more information about omega health.
That is HUGE!!!!
For years, hardly anyone knew what an Omega3 Index was, let alone understood why the balance between omega6 and omega3 matters. Now weâre seeing conversations like this reaching hundreds of thousands of people.
That can only be a good thing. đ
But it also highlights our next challengeâŚ
As testing becomes more mainstream, we need to make sure the advice that follows is just as evidence based.
A high omega6:3 ratio usually isnât because people are deficient in omega6. For most people, itâs quite the opposite, weâre already consuming plenty. The challenge is increasing omega3 levels effectively.
And not all omega3 supplements are equal.
Oxidation, bioavailability, purity, formulation and scientific validation all matter. There is published research raising concerns about the quality of many commercially available omega3 products, which is exactly why choosing a product supported by robust evidence is so important.
Iâm genuinely excited that influencers are bringing fatty acid balance into the spotlight.
Now letâs help make sure theyâre recommending solutions that are backed by the strongest science available.
Education first. Always. đ

There is one ingredient that has really captured my attention latelyâŚ
As someone who spends far too much time reading research papers and diving into the science behind skincare, itâs rare that one single ingredient really makes me stop and thinkâŚ
âThis could change the way we think about skin health.â
For years, skincare has been about doing more.
More exfoliation.
More acids.
Stronger retinoids.
Higher percentages.
Faster results.
But what if the future of skincare isnât about pushing the skin harderâŚ
What if itâs about making the skin stronger?
Think about what your skin faces every single dayâŚ
âď¸ UV exposure
đ Pollution
âď¸ Air conditioning
đĽ Central heating
𧪠Overuse of active ingredients
⨠Over-exfoliation
đ´ Lack of sleep
đ Hormonal changes, including menopause
⥠Chronic low-grade inflammation
Every single one of these places stress on your skin barrier.
And when your barrier is compromised, thatâs when sensitivity, redness, dehydration, irritation and accelerated ageing begin to show themselves.
The ingredient Iâm researching right now belongs to a new generation of skincare for barrier repair and protection.
Instead of forcing change, it helps the skin cope with environmental stress. It supports hydration, strengthens the skin barrier, helps calm inflammation, protects the structures inside skin cells and improves the skinâs ability to tolerate everything modern life throws at it.
Thatâs a completely different way of thinking.
Not stronger productsâŚ
Stronger skin.
Iâve been watching where skin science is heading over the last few years, and I genuinely believe this could become one of the defining ingredients of the next generation of evidence-based skincare.
Iâm fascinated by it.
Are you hearing people talk about it yet⌠or is it still flying under the radar?

The first 3 things I tell every clinic ownerâŚ
After over a decade in the industry, owning a successful clinic and now working with clinics all over the UK, and Europe there are three conversations I have over and over again.
1ď¸âŁ Your treatment results are only as good as your clientâs biology.
No laser.
No peel.
No microneedling.
No injectable.
âŚcan outwork chronic inflammation, nutritional deficiencies or poor skin health.
If youâre only treating the outside, youâre missing at least half of the picture.
⸝
2ď¸âŁ Stop recommending products because youâve always recommended them.
The supplement industry is worth billions.
Marketing is loud.
Evidence is often very quiet.
I want to know:
* Whereâs the clinical evidence?
* Is it independently published?
* Can we actually measure whether itâs working?
If we canât answer those questions, why are we asking clients to spend their money?
⸝
3ď¸âŁ Build a business that doesnât rely on you standing in a treatment room forever.
This one usually makes people uncomfortable.
Because I used to believe working harder meant earning more.
It doesnât.
If you stop treatingâŚ
Your income shouldnât have to stop too.
The smartest clinic owners I know are building multiple income streams alongside their expertiseâŚnot because theyâre giving up their clinics, but because theyâre future proofing them.
⸝
These conversations have changed my own career completely.
And theyâre the reason I no longer see myself as just a skin therapist.
Iâm a business owner.
An educator.
A nutrition professional.
And someone whoâs passionate about helping practitioners raise the standard of care in our industry.
If this is the kind of content you enjoy, hit Subscribe. Every week Iâll be sharing the conversations most people in our industry arenât having.

A little personal share from meâŚ
Iâm 47 years old, and for the first time, Iâm starting to notice what may be the early signs of perimenopause.
Not because I have hot flushes.
Not because I have brain fog.
Not because I canât sleep.
Not because my mood has changed.
In fact, I feel great.
The only thing thatâs changed? My periods have started becoming irregular after years of being consistently every 28 days.
Now, I know every womanâs experience is different, and I know some women genuinely struggle with symptoms. But I do find it interesting that weâre seeing more and more women in their 20s and 30s convinced theyâre in perimenopause, when the average age for perimenopause is typically much later.
For me, at 47, the first sign has simply been changes to my cycle.
Thatâs why I think itâs so important that we understand our bodies, learn the facts, and have open conversations rather than relying on social media soundbites.
If youâd like to learn more about menopause and perimenopause, weâre hosting a webinar tonight with the fabulous Jackie Fairweather (or as I like to call her, Fabulous Fairweather!) who will be sharing expert insight into whatâs really happening in our bodies and what women need to know.
If youâd like the link, send me a DM and Iâll happily send it over.
Letâs get informed, ask questions, and support each other with facts, not fear. â¤ď¸

⨠The Compound Effect of Skin Health â¨
Most people are looking for a miracle product.
What if the biggest transformation came from improving your skin barrier instead?
Your skin barrier is responsible for keeping hydration in and irritation out. When itâs repeatedly exposed to harsh products, over-cleansing, or ingredients that disrupt its natural balance, the effects compound over time.
âĄď¸ Sensitivity
âĄď¸ Redness
âĄď¸ Breakouts
âĄď¸ Dehydration
âĄď¸ Premature ageing
But positive changes compound too.
Sometimes switching to products that support your skinâs natural function and following a personalised skin plan can completely change the health of your skin.
And donât forgetâhealthy skin starts within.
Essential fatty acids, gut health, hydration, nutrition and stress management all play a role in how your skin looks and functions.
Small daily choices.
Big long-term results.
Protect your barrier.
Support your skin.
Trust the process. â¨
