Good morning, you lovely lot! 🌄

Can someone please explain why the weather has decided we're all contestants on Survivor: UK? 🥵😂

Thankfully, I'm working from home today, which means I get to avoid the mobile sauna that masquerades as my usual bus. Small wins. 😆

After work, I'll be making what can only be described as a series of questionable life choices...I'm heading to the gym while Dakota has her swimming lesson. Then I'm claiming my reward by launching myself into the pool afterwards because if I'm going to sweat that much, I at least deserve to end the day as a human iceberg. 🏋️‍♀️➡️🏊‍♀️

By this evening, you'll find me starfished dramatically across the bed, wondering why I willingly pay money to exercise in temperatures normally reserved for the inside of an air fryer. 🤣

I'm also determined to catch up on all your comments and messages... unless the heat wins and I end up asleep before Dakota. At this point, it's anyone's game. 😴😂

🌻 Sunflower Race Update! 🌻

Following on from our last update... Dakota is officially back in the race! 💪🌱

Over the weekend we planted three new sunflower seeds so Dakota could rejoin the competition after the mysterious disappearance of her first sunflower. 🕵️‍♀️🌻

The best part? They were only planted a couple of days ago and they're already shooting for the stars! 🚀🌱 Dakota is so excited to see them growing already. 💛

Meanwhile, in the original sunflower race...

🥇 Mr Crafts is still just about in the lead...

👀 But I'm catching up fast, and there's really not much between us now! 🤣

It's all to play for, and the competition is getting closer by the day!

Good morning and happy Monday! 😊☀️

The sun is shining, the weather is glorious, and I've made the questionable life choice to walk to work. 💪🏻😂

To be fair, you can't beat a brisk walk with your favourite tunes blasting to wake you up... although my neck has decided to file an official complaint after I apparently slept like a pretzel last night. 😣🙈

Did anyone stay up to watch the England game? I didn't... but Mr Crafts did! ⚽

There is absolutely no way I could cope with that little sleep. I'd spend the day surviving on caffeine, forgetting what I was doing every five minutes, and giving everyone the death stare for simply existing. 🤣

A huge thank you to everyone who wished my dad a happy birthday on Saturday. He had a fantastic day, and we all had a lovely time celebrating with him. ❤️

Right then... what's everyone up to today? Working? Enjoying this gorgeous sunshine? Avoiding the housework? Or are you recovering from a late night watching the football? 😂👇

Yesterday my Dad turned 65... although according to him, he's just 18 with 47 years of experience! 🤷‍♀️😂🍺

So, naturally, I had to make a cake topper that matched his version of events! 🎂

Featuring a beer, sunglasses and a crown... because once you reach 65, you've earned the right to make up your own age! 👑😎

Happy Birthday again, Dad! Just remember... at your age, blowing out 65 candles counts as cardio! 😂❤️
