You made it happen 🧡
For every woman who completed our StrengthMethod™ Challenge from our community, we donated £10 to Wellbeing of Women and we managed to raise £310 🎉
That means 31 women showed up, put in the work and helped us give back to a charity dedicated to improving women’s health through research, education and advocacy.
Meet Trish, one of our StrengthMethod Pioneers. 🧡
“I now have much more control and I am generally much more relaxed about anything to do with my bladder. I go out without taking any special precautions and without a last minute wee.”
After completing the challenge, Trish told us she was able to travel to France without worrying about toilet stops, enjoy activities like gardening and walking her dog without worrying about leaks, and use strategies from the StrengthMethod when she did experience a strong urge.
And she didn’t stop when the challenge ended. Trish continued with the exercises and told us her overactive bladder symptoms have since disappeared, alongside improvements in her strength and flexibility.
Stories like Trish’s are exactly why we created the StrengthMethod.
To every Strength Method Pioneer… thank you 🧡
You didn’t just invest in your own strength, you helped support better health for women everywhere.

A little bit of good news in women’s health 🧡
A simpler way to investigate womb cancer
Researchers have found that urine and vaginal samples could help identify womb cancer in women experiencing post-menopausal bleeding — potentially reducing the need for invasive investigations.
Making IUD insertion less painful
A randomised clinical trial found that placing a local anaesthetic inside the uterus before IUD insertion significantly reduced pain in 370 participants.
A new treatment option for advanced breast cancer
NICE has recommended Enhertu for certain people with HER2-low advanced or metastatic breast cancer in England, with around 1,000 people expected to benefit each year.
Better tests. Better experiences. Better treatment options.
There’s still so much to improve in women’s health but these are steps in the right direction. 🧡

Your pelvic floor is a muscle. So yes, exercise matters. But muscles need nutrition too.
Your pelvic floor isn’t just one muscle. It’s a network of muscles, fascia and connective tissue that supports your bladder, bowel and reproductive organs. Like the rest of your body, that network needs the right nutritional building blocks to support its normal function.
That’s why we created PelviTONE™… a targeted formula designed specifically around the pelvic floor.
3g creatine monohydrate
Creatine supports muscle performance during exercise, helping muscles produce ATP, the energy they use to contract. PelviTONE combines it with pelvic floor exercises to support muscle strength and endurance.
5g hydrolysed marine Type I collagen
The pelvic floor contains a network of connective tissue, including fascia. PelviTONE uses hydrolysed Type I marine collagen to provide collagen peptides that support the structure of connective tissue.
50mg hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is naturally involved in tissue hydration. PelviTONE includes it alongside collagen to support connective tissue hydration and elasticity.
50mg grape polyphenols
PelviTONE includes grape-derived polyphenols as part of its nutritional support for muscle function, including the slow-twitch muscle fibres involved in sustained pelvic floor activity.
Vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc + copper
These provide additional nutritional support, including normal muscle function, collagen formation, protein synthesis and connective tissue maintenance.
And importantly, PelviTONE isn’t a replacement for pelvic floor exercises.
Think of it as nutrition alongside movement, supporting the muscles and connective tissues you’re already working to strengthen. The recommended routine is one sachet a day, paired with regular pelvic floor exercises

Our team had the pleasure of meeting some of our beautiful Jude customers at raye the store for a pelvic floor focused Pilates class by Claudia Evans
It was so lovely to meet the women behind the Jude community IRL and a reminder of why we do what we do!
Thank you to everyone who came along and moved with us🧡

A little bit of good news in women’s health 🧡
Here are three pieces of research we think are worth knowing about this week
AI could help us spot signs of endometriosis
Researchers at Adelaide University are developing AI that can analyse specialist ultrasound and MRI scans to identify signs of endometriosis. The technology is still being developed and needs further testing, but the goal is to make identifying the condition faster, less invasive and more accessible.
We’re learning something new about the brain around menopause
A Nature Communications study analysed MRI data from 1,095 people across puberty, pregnancy and menopause. Researchers found that women transitioning through menopause showed a different pattern of grey-matter change from both other hormonal transitions and normal ageing.
HRT may improve some mood symptoms during menopause
A new study of 260 women found that the proportion experiencing severe mood symptoms fell from 62.3% to 24.6% after starting systemic hormone therapy for FDA-approved indications.
Importantly, this was an observational study, so it can’t prove that HRT caused the improvement. But it adds to our understanding of the psychological symptoms that can accompany the menopause transition.
There’s still so much we don’t know about women’s health. But every good study brings us a little closer to better answers 🧡

Dating in your 50s sucks…
When laughing too hard means “oh no” 💧
When you’ve already been to the toilet three times and your date says, “another one?”
When you’re mentally mapping every restaurant by its proximity to the bathroom.
But bladder changes can be a real part of perimenopause and menopause. Urgency, needing to p*e more often and urinary leakage can all become more common and laughing, coughing or exercising can trigger leaks for some women.
We need to talk about it more.
Because needing to p*e three times on a date shouldn’t be the thing that makes you cancel the date.
Bladder symptoms are common. But common doesn’t mean you just have to put up with them 🧡
