I thought it might help giving a little explanation about my inspiration behind my brand. Elix Personal Alchemy really is more than a fragrance. Many customers have told me how much their personalised perfume resonates with them personally, connecting at a deeper lever. Of course they love receiving all the compliments from other people - especially when they can say they made it themselves! If you are can get to Esher in Surrey and want to join the next pop-up workshop ( the last before Christmas) there’s a ticket link will all the details - come alone or bring a friend or love one … you won’t be disappointed! If you can’t make the date or live further afield, I do travel for private bookings at your home, or you can join a live virtual workshop (your ticket comes with a miniature workshop set sent in advance). In the end connection trumps everything! What wonderful memories from our week in Paros. Having such a great time in , but today I was grateful to take a break from the crowds of tourism. I loved the small mountain village of . What I loved most was the authentic craftsmanship, the care and skill from the local people. There are so many beautiful things to buy in Paros but like many tourist destinations, most aren’t made by the locals and so they don’t also benefit financially. If you visit this lovely island, I highly recommend a day trip. I met the lovely - a local collective of artisan traders, I was blown away by the individual beauty of .paros, their ceramics are truly unique. Go support them, and all the other small local craftsmen if you can!

By the time you read this, I’ll be on my way to Paros.
I’ve always loved the Greek islands, and this trip is particularly special as we’re celebrating my goddaughter’s wedding. So naturally, I had to blend a fragrance to take with me.
My Paros blend:
🌿 3 parts Green Cassis
🌊 2 parts Beachcomber
🌹 1 part Love Letter
✨ 1 part Ambered Earth
Fresh, green and breezy at first, softening into jammy fruits and velvety rose before settling into warm woods and amber.
One of the things I love most about fragrance is its extraordinary connection with memory. I’m creating this one before the celebrations even begin, in the hope that long after we’re home, one little spritz will transport me straight back.
