We create award-winning Ayurveda inspired health and beauty products in our London workshop.

Born in 2008, Fushi meaning ‘eternal life’, began with the combined cultural heritage of Rannesh Jansari and Ria Pattni and from Ayurvedic family recipes handed down by their grandparents, who blended oils and infused herbs to create natural remedies. Today, we create award-winning, Ayurveda inspired health and beauty products in our London workshop combining hand-blended, fresh & cold-pressed org

Recovery, the Ayurvedic way. 🌿

In Ayurveda, wellness isn’t only about what we do when we’re feeling run down, it’s about creating small, nourishing rituals that help us care for ourselves every day.

After movement, a long day or simply whenever your body is asking for a little extra care, take a few moments to slow down. Warm a little Really Good Muscles & Joints Oil between your palms and massage into tired areas with slow, intentional movements.

A simple Ayurvedic-inspired ritual to help you reconnect with your body, ease into rest and make recovery part of your everyday rhythm. ✨

Move. Massage. Restore. Repeat. 🌿

In Vedic tradition, the eclipse carries the story of Rahu — who, after tasting the nectar of immortality, is said to swallow the Sun in revenge, creating the eclipse. But the story of Rahu and Ketu is also a
story of us. 🔥 🌿

Rahu represents the things we reach for, desire, ambition, attachment, the constant pull towards more. Ketu represents the opposite, release, detachment and the wisdom of letting go.

And in the middle sits the Sun: our inner light. 🔥

The eclipse is a gentle reminder to notice what we’re holding onto, what we’re reaching for, and what we might be ready to release.

As light meets shadow, we’re invited to turn inward, slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

A moment to get still. To listen. To let go. 💚

The New Moon in Leo invites us to begin again, with intention, courage and a little more trust in our inner fire. ✨

A beautiful moment to pause, listen within and make space for what you’re ready to grow.

🌙 Reflect — journal your dreams and intentions
🔥 Ignite — reconnect with your passion and confidence
🌿 Restore — nourish your body and mind with calming rituals

Light a candle. Set an intention. Write down what you wish to welcome into your life. Then take a moment to simply breathe, reconnect and be present.

In Ayurveda, balance begins by listening within. Let this New Moon be a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t always need to be rushed — sometimes, it begins quietly, with a single intention.

Plant your intentions. Trust your journey. Grow with the rhythm of nature. 🌿

Amla | Stories from Our Growers 08/08/2026

🌿 Stories from our Growers: Amla 🌿

Behind every Fushi ingredient is a story, a story of the land, the people who nurture it, and the traditions that have been passed down through generations.

Our journey with Organic Amla begins in the forests of Bastar, Chhattisgarh, India, where this treasured Ayurvedic Rasayana (rejuvenating herb) is carefully wild harvested by smallholder tribal communities.

Working alongside Sunflag Agrotech, we support a network of growers and collectors who share our values of sustainability, integrity, and respect for nature. This partnership helps provide meaningful opportunities for local families, supports women-led operations, and protects the rich biodiversity of the region.

Harvested in harmony with the seasons, our Amla is carefully sun-dried using traditional methods to help preserve its naturally occurring Vitamin C, polyphenols, and nourishing qualities.

More than just an ingredient, Amla represents a connection between ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, the natural world, and the communities who bring it to life.

From the forests of Bastar to your daily wellness ritual, every batch carries a story of care, dedication, and harmony with nature 🌿

Discover the journey behind our ingredients in our Journal.
