There are a few things that are non-negotiable for me when I'm developing a new product and it's important those are shared with you guys too!

I've spent years looking for a something that will support me through the day, I've not found anything that has quite cut it. So, I decided I'd build one instead. Two formulas, Rise and Rest. Developed to support you through the twists and turns of the day. Particularly focused, on supporting women managing demanding days whilst living with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis

The weather is GORGEOUS and we're based in the car park of the Constitutional Club - come and see us!

When your day is already demanding and you add chronic health conditions in to that, you become much more discerning about what you're eating/drinking.

You're looking for products that will give you a boost or support you through a day and that's why Statera made this purposeful blend of Matcha with Lions Mane and Reishi.

You'll notice the effects after one drink and after continued daily use instead of high sugar high street alternatives, those effects are compounded in the best way.

Today has been a real rollercoaster but ended positively.

For now I am so relieved to be home 🙏

I left work early yesterday and went home to bed, today I'm at a site visit in Richmond before going back into the city and catching up on work in the office.

I have my trusty heat pads under my suit dress and where I can I am practicing diaphragm breathing to try and ease some of the pain from the endo/adeno.

Honestly I don't know which one is causing the pain on any given day, I'm navigating the NHS and the diagnosis at the same time and there's no glossing over the fact that it's frustrating, enraging and deeply demotivating to face these conditions every day.

Some days it's excitement that drives me to build Statera. But other days it's genuinely just blind rage knowing that there isn't enough out there to support us and life feels like I have to trade plans/dreams and scale down on the life I want.

Today I might have to take it a bit slower, but I won't be stopping
