Little Healing

Better with people, if they’re the right people.

The whole space goes to one group at a time — your sauna, your ice bath, your hour. Some groups talk the entire time. Some barely say a word. Both work.

Some people love the cold water. Some never get in at all.

Both are completely fine. The sauna and the plunge are both there for the full hour, and how you use them is entirely your call — nobody here is going to tell you otherwise.

The evenings have turned.

Something changes here once the light goes — the glow through the door, the cold air on the walk between sauna and plunge, everything around you completely quiet. Summer sessions are lovely. Autumn ones look like this.

What a session involves:

Arrive. Change. The sauna is up to temperature and the cold water is filled. Towels are provided. You bring swimwear.

No membership, no induction, no one else booked in alongside you.

What an hour here actually looks like.

The sauna is warm before you arrive. Towels are folded in the basket by the door. Cold water sits ten steps away, already filled. You bring swimwear, and the rest of the hour is yours to use however you like.

An hour, with nothing in it.

That is genuinely the whole offer. A small spruce room, cold water ten steps away, and sixty minutes with nobody else booked in. What you do with it is entirely yours.

This is the whole idea.

A small spruce room, a Finnish kiuas, and sixty minutes that belong to you and up to three other people. Nothing more complicated than that.

End the weekend somewhere private.

One last hour before Monday finds you — sauna glowing, plunge lit, and a garden that’s entirely yours. Bring whoever you want.

It’s not just what’s inside the room.

Green leaves, quiet air, a breeze between rounds… the space softens everything before you even step through the door. Some of it you won’t notice until you’re home.

Seasons pass. The ritual stays the same.

Whatever’s blooming outside the window, the sauna holds its temperature and its purpose. Come as the garden changes — the heat will still be waiting.
