As you know, my service operates by appointment only, and each booking is reserved specifically for you.

If an appointment is missed, a cancellation fee of up to 100% may apply. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note that, going forward, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and pay a deposit before a new appointment can be booked.

Hi everyone!
If you have an appointment booked between 21st and 30th July and are thinking of cancelling or changing it, please let me know as soon as possible. I have very limited availability during the week beginning 27th July, so I may not be able to offer an alternative appointment that week. If you no longer need your appointment, I'd really appreciate as much notice as possible so I can offer the slot to someone else.
Please note that any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in line with my cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
