Ambergris Connect

Ambergris Connect was founded in 2017 and the company operates from its base in the United Kingdom. Providing a broad range of services and expertise, Ambergris Connect has been designed to authenticate genuine ambergris before buying and selling the substance or facilitating the buying and selling of the substance. With a global reach, Ambergris Connect is able to connect buyers and sellers from around the world, ensuring high quality and achieving fair prices. Ambergris is a naturally-produced material that is solid and waxy; produced and excreted by sperm whales, it forms over many months of oxidation and photodegradation in the ocean to eventually form a hard, dark and waxy substance. Used in fragrances and perfumes, ambergris has a complex scent that is described as being sweet, marine, earthy and animalic. Collected from the beaches around the Atlantic Ocean, ambergris is a highly valued ingredient in the cosmetics industry. Ambergris is a valuable resource, and as such, verifying that it is genuine is an important part of Ambergris Connect’s service. Helping sellers to find the right buyer for their product, Ambergris Connect brokers the deal before connecting the buyer to the seller. Buyers can access the global market, which enables them to source the weight and grade of ambergris that they require. Buyers also benefit from Ambergris Connect’s dedication to quality, checking and authenticating each piece of ambergris that is sold. Established to make the buying and selling of ambergris quicker, simpler and more secure, Ambergris Connect offers its customers the services that are required to obtain genuine ambergris.
