Self Image and Self esteem .
This is one topic that is dear to our heart as women and they both influence our confidence .
The way we present ourselves on the outside quietly speaks to how we feel on the inside. A fresh coat of lipstick. Dressing with intention. These small choices do more than complete a look. They remind us who we are and how we want to show up in the world.
When you take care of your image, you give your confidence room to grow.

Confidence and image are a beautiful pair, and they work best when they grow together.
Confidence is the root. It grows on the inside through self belief, honest self knowledge, and small wins that build self trust.
Image is the fruit. It is how that inner strength shows up on the outside, in how you dress, speak, and carry yourself.
When the two align, people sense authenticity, and authenticity draws trust and lasting influence.
Here is your invitation this week:
1. Know your worth
2. Let your image express it
3. Stay consistent, so the woman people see is the woman you truly are.

You are not who you've always been. You are who you're becoming.
So much of who we are was assigned to us before we had a say. A role we were given. A label someone else attached. An expectation we carried as if it were fact.
Along the way, we adapted. We shaped ourselves around what felt safe and what earned approval.
Now comes the beautiful part. Identity can be authored. You get to decide, on purpose, who you are becoming.
This week, notice the labels and expectations you have carried for years, and choose which ones still fit the woman you are becoming.

Excited to join Franca Ibuzo for another transformative training session with Chesca Global Solutions! This time, I'll be taking DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric, a powerful step forward in data analytics and reinvention.
I love this platform because it encourages every participant to pursue Microsoft certification at the end of the program. Beyond learning, I'll also be coaching attendees toward their certified success, helping them build confidence and clarity as they advance their careers.
Growth is intentional, and certification is the proof. đź’«

A few months ago, I hosted a virtual workshop called "You Are Made For More."
A few women joined that day, and three of them wanted more. So last week, those three joined me for a cup of tea.
Because reinvention was never meant to be a solo journey. It happens in moments like this, over tea and real conversation, surrounded by people who see your vision and want to walk with you toward it.
You are not who you have always been. You are who you are becoming, and becoming is so much sweeter when you have the right people beside you.
If you were one of the women at that tea, thank you for saying yes to more. And if you were not there yet, this is your sign that you are made for more too.

So much of who we are was assigned to us before we ever had a say. A role we were given. A label someone else attached. An expectation we grew up carrying like it was fact.
Somewhere along the way, some of it we adapted to. We shaped ourselves around what kept the peace, what felt safe, what got approval.
But identity is not fixed. It can be authored. You get to decide, on purpose, who you are becoming next.
This week, notice what you are still carrying that was only ever assigned or adapted, not chosen.

Yesterday I sat down with a group of incredible women over a cup of tea, and one thing kept coming up. They want to build something sustainable, something that lasts.
So I shared the framework I walk my clients through: Follow the Money.
It starts with a real problem worth solving. Then you add value in a way that makes life better for the people you serve.
When that value shows up consistently, it becomes something people pay for, refer, and return to. And that is what leads to more customers, more impact, and more freedom.
Value creates income. Value builds wealth. Work on what pays.
Which stage are you on right now. Start, Add Value, Create Value, or Follow the Value !
FOLLOW THE VALUE — BECAUSE VALUE CREATES INCOME
As entrepreneurs, it’s easy to get caught up in doing more, more posts, more products, more hours, more ideas.
But perhaps the better question is:
“What value am I actually creating?”
The journey starts with identifying a need.
Look around. What problems are people experiencing? What do they need help with? What could be made easier, better, faster or more enjoyable?
Then add value.
Bring your knowledge, skills, experience, creativity or unique perspective to the problem. You don’t always have to reinvent the wheel, you may simply need to make the wheel work better!
Then create solutions.
Turn that value into something people can use: a product, service, process, experience or idea that genuinely meets a need.
Next, serve people well.
Build trust. Be consistent. Deliver quality. Listen to your customers. Keep improving.
And then…
FOLLOW THE MONEY.
Not because money is the only measure of success, but because revenue is one of the signals that the value you are creating is being recognised and exchanged in the marketplace.
When people are willing to pay, return, refer others and continue using what you provide, you have important information about where value is being created.
So don’t just ask:
“How can I make more money?”
Ask:
“How can I create more meaningful value?”
Because when you solve real problems, serve people well and create something people genuinely want, income has somewhere to come from.
Value first. Income follows.

I love the feeling of closing out a week knowing you showed up for yourself, your goals, and the people you are here to serve.
Reinvention is not a one time event. It is the small, consistent choices you make each day to keep becoming who you are meant to be. Some weeks that looks like bold action. Other weeks it looks like rest, reflection, or simply staying the course.
Wherever you are in your journey this week, I hope you feel proud of the ground you have covered.
Here is to finishing strong and starting the weekend with a lighter heart.
