Dragon Café in the City is a collaboration between Mental Fight Club, Shoe Lane Library and The City of London.

Dragon Café in the City welcomes anyone who is feeling the pressures of work or life in and around the City of London.

Our programme runs fortnightly on a Wednesday and our events are for those who wish to release the pressure, break the stress cycle, and build resilience.

A message to all previous customers of BMTC (Bromley Massage and Therapy)

As you may have or not have yet seen, there have been some changes to the brand.

There has been a relaunch of this new venture called Lwellness!

I, Leonie the founder is excited to share the new ways I will be working with yourselves who would like to start their wellness journey.

On the previous FB post, I mentioned some changes were coming.

I've spent quite a while away from massage perfecting my craft and purpose
In being the best therapist I can be and truly understanding the industry, communities I work and reside in.
I have studied and worked in new spaces regarding Health, Research, Governance, with some teaching across the UK!

I have tailored my skillset to truly provide an even more personalised approach and advocacy in navigating your health along with you.

I continue to offer my Massage Therapy service in a mobile fashion. (Subject to suitability and Postcode) A lovely space in SE1 for convenience for many. The heart of the city!

How long has it been!?

For anyone that has tried to contact me on the previous number of 07780439449 - this number is no longer active. It hasn't been for a while.

After a long hiatus I've returned back as of 2024 and I am getting the wheels in motion again.

I am working on a new branding so there will be some changes and great new content to look forward to pending💪🏽😁.
