I had to take a break to reflect on who I was being and what I was giving. Since being back at work and taking on new clients I make a conscious effort to have a positive day. (It takes work but I made the choice)
Sometimes we like to complain about what others are doing but not take responsibility for what we are doing. From now on why not look at your actions and the energy you give people. If your not happy in an environment try and change the way you see it, try and find the positive in your situation.
Change starts with us first, you just have to make a choice.

Hey guys, I’m so excited to announce that I’ll speaking for the first time on July 31st at The ACB CLUB - TAKE CARE event. I will be telling my story on balancing life and depression. We will be discussing business, mental health and how important it is to take care of your well being.
