Kinda chic but my take😛
Being a business owner is amazing, working so hard for something and seeing the pay off but on the other hand, it is exhausting, overwhelming and sometimes you don’t get the results that you want.
People think it’s easy just seeing clients all day, but there is so much to it behind the scenes. Being your own boss can be amazing but it also comes with a lot of stress and worries💌

Not every lip filler is about going bigger.
My client wanted a bit more height and lift, with the volume built in gradually and evenly👄
With 1ml we focused on lifting the corners, adding a bit more definition to the cupid’s bow, and balancing everything out so it still looks like her.
Small changes, but you can really see the difference in the shape🫶🏻

0.5ml really can go a long way👄
My gorgeous client wanted her lips sharpened up and just a touch more volume - nothing dramatic, just enough to balance her shape and keep everything looking soft and natural.
That’s the beauty of starting small. We can define, smooth and enhance without ever going into “overfilled” territory. You can always build from here if you want more, but a lot of clients find 0.5ml is the perfect starting point🫶🏻

Sometimes the best filler is the filler you can barely notice. This client wanted to enhance her natural lip shape, not change it so we kept things minimal and focused on symmetry, hydration and a subtle lift rather than volume for the sake of it.
This is what I mean when I say technique over volume. You don’t need 1ml every time to get a beautiful result, sometimes 0.5ml in the right places is more than enough👄

Dermal filler doesn’t last forever, it breaks down naturally over time, and how quickly depends on the area, the product used, and your own metabolism. Lips tend to need a refresh every 6-9 months, while cheeks and other areas can often go 12-18 months between top ups.
That’s why I always recommend coming back before you’ve lost all your results, not after. A small top up keeps things looking natural and consistent, rather than starting from scratch each time👄

5 things I’d tell you as an aesthetics practitioner if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings👇🏻
1. SPF everyday, or don’t bother paying for treatments. Genuinely, most of what you’re trying to “fix” is sun damage, not ageing. No serum, no filler, no botox is going to out-perform a habit of not wearing SPF.
2. Skin first, always. If your skin barrier’s wrecked or you’re dealing with texture, pigmentation or dehydration, filler and tox aren’t going to fix that. They’ll just sit on top of a problem that’s still there.
3. More filler isn’t the goal. If you’re chasing volume instead of balance, you’ll end up looking overfilled, not “done well.” Good technique beats more product, every time.
4. You probably don’t need what you think you need. Half the time people come in asking for filler when what they actually need is skin treatments or literally just consistent skincare.
5. A good practitioner will tell you no. If someone’s saying yes to everything you ask for regardless of whether it suits your face, that’s not a good sign.
