Every face tells a different story. As a facial plastic surgeon, I don’t treat features, I assess the underlying anatomy. Bone structure, fat, muscles, and skin all influence which procedure, if any, is the right choice. Safe, natural-looking results always begin with a thorough anatomical assessment. ⬆️

I spoke to GRAZIA International about the importance of finding sunscreens that truly work for darker skin tones, offering broad-spectrum protection without leaving behind an unwanted white cast.
For too long, SPF has been marketed without considering the needs of melanated skin. Thankfully, innovation is catching up, and effective sun protection can now complement, rather than compromise, your glow.
Thank you to the GRAZIA International team for including my perspective in this important conversation. ☀️✨

In part II of our tired eyes series we take a closer look at the surgical procedures available and the specific concerns they are designed to address.
Many patients tell me they look tired, even when they feel well-rested. In reality, there is rarely a single cause. Heavy upper eyelids, under-eye bags, brow descent and changes in the surrounding tissues can all contribute to a tired appearance around the eyes.
This is why treatment should always be tailored to the individual. Depending on your anatomy and concerns, options may include upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, brow lift surgery, temporal brow lift procedures or a combination of treatments.
The aim is not to make you look different. Successful facial rejuvenation should refresh the eye area, restore a more rested appearance and maintain your natural facial expression.

Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers, but when caught early, it’s highly treatable. Regular mole mapping and skin checks can help identify changes you might not notice yourself and provide peace of mind.
If you’ve never had a baseline mole map, or it’s been a while since your last check, consider making an appointment - a few minutes could make a huge difference.
