A few slightly controversial opinions from our founder, Dr Mica Engel… but views which open up some important conversations we think the aesthetics industry needs to be having more of 💬

With more treatments, technologies and injectables available than ever before, it’s incredibly exciting to see how aesthetic medicine continues to evolve.

But have we reached a point where we’re sometimes too quick to treat? 🤔

Not every wrinkle needs relaxing. Not every hollow needs filling. And not every new aesthetic trend deserves a place in your treatment plan.

At Cosmetica London, we believe that exceptional aesthetic medicine starts with understanding the individual 🙏🩶

Their anatomy. Their skin health. Their concerns. Their expectations. And, importantly, what will genuinely benefit them.
