Here's a quick guide to what you SHOULD and SHOULDN'T do after your appointment:

✅ YES
• Apply SPF 50 daily if the treated area will be exposed to the sun.
• Keep your skin hydrated with a gentle moisturiser.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing if the area feels sensitive.
• Stay hydrated.
• Follow my aftercare advice.

❌ NO
• Hot showers, baths or saunas for the first 24–48 hours.
• Intense exercise or anything that causes excessive sweating for 24 hours.
• Exfoliating, scrubs, retinol or active acids on the treated area for a few days.
• Sunbathing or tanning beds.
• Waxing or plucking between sessions (shaving is absolutely fine).

A few simple steps can help reduce irritation, protect your skin and maximise your laser hair removal results.
