Two of the most-talked-about treatments in skincare right now. And most people use them wrong.

Exosomes and polynucleotides aren’t competitors. They work on different layers of the same problem.

Exosomes are the messengers. They tell your cells to regenerate. They signal, but they don’t rebuild.

Polynucleotides are the builders. They rebuild hydration, restore structural support, repair tissue from the inside.

One signals. The other builds. Combined intelligently, they address multiple aspects of skin ageing simultaneously and that’s where the real transformation happens.

The result isn’t “tweaked” skin. It’s skin that looks better AND functions better.

If you’ve been researching one without the other, you’ve been seeing half the picture.
Comment HEAL and we will send you our Skin Restoration Guide, explains exactly which treatment fits which concern.

Men might not talk about skin confidence as openly...but they feel it just as deeply.

The irritation after shaving. The congestion across the nose and forehead and the dullness that makes you look more tired than you are.

Let’s not even mention the quiet frustration when breakouts leave scars.

Professional men care about their appearance, not out of vanity, but pride.

Men want to radiate confidence & success just like women do.

And facials aren’t “just for women.” They’re for the man who wants clear, clean, healthy skin. The man who wants to walk into a meeting, or a date, looking effortlessly fresh.

Whether it’s deep cleansing, hydration, acne support or glow... we tailor everything to your skin, your lifestyle and your goals.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign. Comment MEN FACIAL and our team will arrange your consultation.

Why is hair still growing after laser? The most-asked question we get in clinic two weeks after a laser session: “Why is hair STILL growing?”

99% of the time, it isn’t growing. It’s shedding.

After laser, the treated hairs stay inside the follicle for 10 to 21 days. Your body then pushes them out. Showering, towel-drying, exfoliating - that’s when you see them. It LOOKS like regrowth. It’s the opposite.

The simple test: gently pull one. If it slides out with no resistance, it’s a shed hair. If it resists, it’s still attached.

Why is some hair still actually growing? Because laser only targets follicles in their ACTIVE growth phase. Roughly 20-30% of your hairs are in that phase at any one time. That’s why we space sessions out - we’re waiting for the next batch to enter the phase where they can be killed.

The patchiness you’re worrying about is actually proof the treatment is working.

Comment LASER and we will send you our Laser Hair Removal Guide - covers exactly what to expect after each session.

Three things bringing patients into clinic this week, and what to do about each.

One: Pigmentation. The sun is doing its job. People are seeing new melasma, deepening freckles, and old marks they thought had faded. Reminder: pigmentation worsens with UV every single day, not just on holiday.

Two: Heat-related breakouts. A combination of sweat, SPF build-up, dehydration. The instinct is to strip the skin. The right move is to rebalance it.

Three: Laser hair removal questions. “Can I have it this summer? Should I pause? What if I’ve had a holiday?” Short answer: in most cases you can continue. The longer answer depends on your skin and recent sun exposure which we can explain all during a call or your consultation.

If any of those three is you, send us a DM. We will talk through it before you book anything.
Comment SUMMER for our free Summer Skin Survival guide - covers all three.

The 24–48 hours after laser are just as important as the treatment itself. Here’s exactly what to do - and what to avoid.

No heat, no exercise, no active skincare. Lukewarm water and gentle cleansing only. The hair won’t shed immediately - that takes 1–3 weeks. This is normal. Redness beyond 48 hours? Contact your clinic. It’s usually fine, but worth asking.

Comment LASER if you’re about to start your first course - I’ll send you everything you need to know.

5 signs your skin needs more than just skincare

If your skincare routine isn’t doing what it used to - it’s not the products. It’s what products alone can’t fix.

Skincare maintains. Clinical treatments change. When your skin shows signs of slower recovery, persistent texture, or loss of elasticity, no product adjustment will fully address what’s happening at a cellular level. That’s when a clinical assessment becomes valuable.

Which of these 5 resonated with you? Drop the number in the comments below + comment SKIN and I’ll send you a guide to which treatments could make the real difference for your skin.

This is what director-led care actually looks like.

Not a protocol applied to everyone. A practitioner who has been treating skin for over 20 years, who assesses every client individually, and who adapts every session based on how your skin is actually responding. This is why clients come back to us, year after year.

What makes you trust a clinic? I’m genuinely curious - tell me in the comments.

This summer, wear everything. Without a second thought. This is what the end of a laser course actually feels like.

Not a clinical outcome. The quiet absence of something you used to manage constantly. You stop planning outfits around it. You stop calculating before you get dressed. You just don’t have that to think about anymore.

Comment LASER - I’ll send you everything you need to get started.

Before your first laser session, you deserve to know exactly what’s going to happen. Here’s everything most clinics don’t explain upfront.

Hair doesn’t disappear immediately - it sheds over 1–3 weeks. The first session gathers information as much as it treats. Results become noticeable from session 3–4. Consistency with spacing and aftercare determines whether the course works. Different areas respond at different rates.

Comment LASER if you haven’t had your first session yet - I’ll send you everything you need to know before you come in.
