31 DAYS. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE CHALLENGE. 👟💚
We’re only 5 days into our first ATYPICAL Community Challenge and LOOK AT THEM GO!!! 🔥😂
But this isn’t really just about getting more steps in…
It’s about getting women moving, keeping each other accountable, meeting new people and creating a community where we can train, challenge ourselves AND have fun together. 💚
And this is only the beginning 👀
🏆 AND YES… THERE ARE REWARDS!
At the end of the challenge, there’ll be a reward for the winning team AND for the top individual across all teams! 👀🎁
The October Step Challenge has already started, but WHO CARES?! You can still jump in! 😂👟
You don’t need to be my client.
You don’t need to be super fit.
You just need to want to get involved. 🫶🏻
Want to join the ATYPICAL Community? 💚
👉 Join through the link in my bio or DM me “COMMUNITY” and I’ll send you the link!
See you inside 💚👟
FUNCTIONAL doesn’t mean fancy exercises 👀
It means knowing when to push and when to ADAPT.
Right now, my ankle is still recovering and I’ve also injured my toe — so instead of stopping lower-body training completely, I’m adjusting it.
Different movements. Different loading. Same goal: keep building strength while allowing the injured areas to recover.
Your programme should work around YOU — your body, your abilities and what you need right now.
That’s what functional coaching means to me. 💪🏻
Train different. Live stronger.

Sweet cravings after dinner? 👀🍫
Before blaming your “lack of willpower”, look at what might actually be happening.
Maybe your dinner wasn’t satisfying enough.
Maybe you’ve been telling yourself sweets are “forbidden”, making you want them even more.
Or maybe it’s not about hunger at all — stress, boredom, tiredness or simply wanting some comfort can play a part too.
The goal isn’t to never crave something sweet.
It’s to understand your body, your habits and your thoughts a little better.
And if you genuinely want the chocolate? Have the chocolate. 🍫
No guilt. No “I ruined my day”. Just balance.
Save this for your next after-dinner craving 💚
“You need to love your body first.”
I’m not sure I agree.
Sometimes you start training because you don’t like what you see.
But somewhere between the sweat, the struggle, the failures and the small wins… something changes.
You start appreciating your body less for how it looks and more for what it can actually DO.
For me, training has never just been about changing my body. It taught me to trust it, challenge it and be proud of what it’s capable of.
Maybe loving your body doesn’t always come first.
Maybe sometimes, strength comes first. 💚
Train different, life stronger.

CLIENT ACHIEVEMENTS LATELY 💚
— Katie: pull-ups with a thinner band
— Manuela: a big improvement in her deadlift form
— Ursule: getting lower in her push-ups with less band support
— Alice: stronger pull-ups and so much more definition in her back
— Ying: bench pressing a 20kg barbell
— Zhiyin: pull-ups using just one band
Progress isn’t always a number on the scales.
It can be better form, lifting more weight, using less support or doing something you couldn’t do before.
Even if we’re not performing the movement perfectly yet, we can still recognise the progress we’re making along the way—and you know how obsessed I am with good form! 😂
These are the wins we celebrate. So proud of you, ladies 💚
What’s your latest win?

CLIENT ACHIEVEMENTS LATELY 💚🔥
Progress isn’t always a smaller number on the scales. Sometimes it looks like…
💪 Katie completing pull-ups with a thinner band
🏋🏻♀️ Manuela improving her squat form
🔥 Ursule getting lower in her push-ups with less band support
💚 Alice building more pull-up strength—and you can really see that back definition!
🏋🏻♀️ Ying bench pressing a 20kg barbell
🙌🏻 Zhiyin completing pull-ups with just one band!
These are the wins I want us to celebrate: better technique, more strength, less assistance and the confidence to do things that once felt impossible.
The scales can’t measure any of that.
Ladies, I’m so proud of you! Keep showing up and getting stronger. 💚
What performance win are you most proud of lately? Tell me below! 👇🏻
A year and a half ago, Alice joined Atypical Coaching wanting to feel stronger and more confident in the gym.
Today? No more gym fear, stronger than ever—and she has completed her first triathlon! 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️
But this is only the beginning. We already have a new goal, and I can’t wait to see how far she can push her boundaries next! 🙌🏻💚
Watch this space… Alice has more achievements coming! 👀
