We need to stop letting these wild blackberries go to waste, nobody is going to get a fine for picking them unless you pick them on restricted land or sell them🙌🏻

These wild blackberries have some of the highest levels of antioxidants of ALL fruits, and we just walk by them on the way to the supermarket to buy sprayed fruits instead👎

In any other country they would be making the most out of this blessing, so let us do the same before the blackberry season comes to an end and make the most out of them!🫡

When I started my health journey there's no denying that I made it an idol.

It affected my relationship with friends, family & most importantly GOD.

Does that mean we shouldn't care for our bodies? Of course not, our bodies are a precious gift from GOD. But it is still only temporary, instead we should store up eternal treasures in Heaven❤️

Nothing beats a Balkan Breakfast👇🏻😅

One of the things I love most about eating in the Balkans is how simple, local and traditional the food can be.

1. 🍅🥒 Local, seeded fruit & veg: The tomatoes, cucumbers and other local produce here are full of seeds and packed with nutrients. I love eating them as close to their natural form as possible, especially when they’re locally grown and in season.

2. 🐐🥛 Unpasteurised Goat & Cow Dairy: Dairy is vital in the Balkan diet- milk, kefir, cheese, butter, goat and cow both. Goat’s milk is mostly A2 casein, not A1, which is why a lot of people who can’t handle regular milk do fine with it (PMID: 33348621). It’s usually lower in lactose too. Raw milk also keeps its native enzymes which can ease digestion, however the farm you get the dairy from matters so be careful.

3. 🧈 Unpasteurised Butter: Proper traditional butter is hard to beat. I love it spread over sourdough or alongside my eggs. It adds flavour, beneficial enzymes and makes the whole meal much more satisfying.

4. 🍯 Raw Honey: Another Balkan staple I love. Raw honey contains naturally occurring compounds and has antimicrobial properties. A little bit with sourdough or mixed into kefir is perfect.

5. 🍞 Sourdough: Good sourdough with a simple ingredient list is one of my favourite ways to have bread. Add some of that traditional butter and raw honey and you’ve got an unreal combination.

6. 🍯 Have the Sweet Stuff Last: I like to eat my eggs, dairy, vegetables and fats first, then have the honey at the end. Having carbohydrates and sweet foods after a meal containing protein, fat and fibre can give you a more gradual glucose response than eating them on their own.

7. 🙏 Give Gratitude: Most importantly, don’t forget to thank GOD. Being able to sit down to a meal like this, with local food and traditional ingredients, is a blessing that shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Nothing fancy. Just simple, traditional food that tastes incredible.

May GOD be with you all🙌🏻

Waitrose is the Best for Superfoods👇🏻🏆

1. Unpasteurised Butter (£4.35)🧈

The only butter you can find in any supermarket that's made from Raw Milk. Skipping the heat means it retains 100% of its active, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D3, E, K2) as well as the enzymes that help break down the fat🔋

2. Sardines in Spring Water (£1.50)

The only shop near me who sells Sardines in spring water🥳getting sardines with seed oils, degrades the
omega 3 content. Tin cans are also lined with bisphenols (estrogens) which are lipophilic (fat loving) compounds and are much more likely to leak in to fat as opposed to water🙌🏻

3. Unhomogenised Organic Whole Milk (£3.15)🥛

Nutritious, organic, creamy, easier to digest & higher in omega 3's🐮This is the closest you're going to get to Raw Milk in a supermarket, and it comes in a glass bottle✅

4. Lamb Heart(99p)♥️

Organs are the most nutrient rich foods on the planet & the heart is one of the greatest sources of CoQ10 which literally fuels your cells energy & protects them against oxidative damage⚡️

5. Comte PDO(£5)🇫🇷

Everyone's go to when they come to Waitrose. It's made from Raw Milk, making it extremly nutritious & gut friendly. However, l'd rather just get the Parmigiano Reggiano from LIDL, it's cheaper at £3.75, it contains a lot more protein & it is also matured from Raw Milk🎯

6. The Estate Dairy Yoghurt(£2)🐄

It contains onlt two ingredients: unhomogenised fresh whole milk and live lactic cultures, with no added nonsense. It also contains high levels fat Fat as well as nearly 10 grams of protein per 100 grams.
That's a steal for only £2🥷

7. British Lamb Liver(£2.72)🐐
Probably the most nutrient dense food on the entire planet. Just have this twice a week, no more needs to be said.🔋

8. Unwaxed Lemons(£1.52)🍋

When lemons are waxed it becomes very difficult to remove the pesticides however with Unwaxed lemons all you have to do is soak it in baking soda and water for 15 minutes🙌🏻 the peel is also extremly anti inflammatory and contains D-limonene which naturally balances hormones🔋

Save this & follow for the LIDL shop coming next 🫡

One of the tastiest breakfasts I’ve had in a while🤤

Todays Breakfast Tips👇🏻🔋

1. 🥩🍳 Make Breakfast Your Biggest Meal: For me, breakfast is the biggest meal of the day — a great opportunity to get plenty of high-quality protein, healthy fats, fruit and vegetables in early. I also prefer not to eat too heavily before bed, so a balanced breakfast helps me get the nutrients and energy I need throughout the day.

2. 🥩🍳 Cook Your Eggs in Beef Fat: Don’t throw away the fat from your beef! Use it to cook your eggs instead. It saves money, adds incredible flavour and makes the most of the whole animal.

3. 🌿 A Little Kelp Goes a Long Way: Organic kelp powder is an extremely rich source of iodine, which is essential for normal thyroid function. However, kelp can contain very high amounts of iodine, so more is not better. Use only small amounts and avoid frequent or excessive consumption.

4. 🙏 Gratitude & Prayer: Before you eat, take a moment to pray and thank GOD for the food in front of you. Food is a blessing — never let the meal become more important than the One who provided it.

May GOD be with you all🙌🏻

Most breads you see at the supermarket come with a whole dissertation of ingredients at the back and this should not be the case🙅🏼‍♂️

However you can still find some good quality bread for cheap reprices, here's an example of a bread that you can find at almost any international or Turkish shop🫡
