If you want your skin to look its best this summer, this is the combination we recommend every time.

A HydraFacial followed by Profhilo. Two treatments that work on completely different levels, one resetting and clearing the surface, the other rebuilding hydration and firmness from within.

Together they deliver the kind of result that makes people ask what you've been doing differently.

Summer is one of the best times to feel good in your skin. It's also one of the easiest times to undo months of progress without realising it.

More sun, more heat, a routine that hasn't kept up with the season. Small shifts that seem harmless can affect how your skin looks and behaves more than people expect.

These are our tips for protecting what you've built and actually improving your skin over the summer months 👉🏼

A small change to the nose can shift the whole balance of the face, and non-surgical rhinoplasty is one of the most precise ways to achieve it.

Using carefully placed filler, we can smooth a bump along the bridge, refine the tip or improve the overall symmetry of the nose in relation to the rest of your features.

No surgery, no downtime and no dramatic change. Just a subtle adjustment that brings the face into better balance and makes you look quietly more confident without anyone being able to say exactly why.

It's one of those treatments where the result is most effective when nobody notices it.

A good consultation only works if you're honest in it. That sounds simple, but in practice people hold back more than they realise.

They tell us what they think we want to hear. They don't mention something because they assume it's not relevant. They feel embarrassed to say they're nervous, or that they've had a bad experience somewhere else, or that they can't afford everything on the list.

All of it is worth saying. All of it changes how we approach things. Here are the things we most want to hear from you 👉🏼

The best outcomes always start with an honest conversation. Tap the link in bio to book yours đź’Ś

Most people don't notice it happening at first - the face just starts to look a little flatter, a little more tired, and the cheekbones that once gave the face its shape and lift seem less defined.

Somehow, the whole face feels like it's lost something without there being an obvious single thing to point at.

What's actually happening is a gradual loss of volume in the mid-face. As we age, the fat pads that sit beneath the skin begin to diminish and shift, and the scaffolding that gave the face its natural contour starts to soften. It's one of the most significant drivers of facial ageing, and one of the most underappreciated.

Cheek filler, when it's placed well and in the right amount, addresses this directly. We're not adding bulk or creating a look that wasn't there before.

We're restoring what was. A subtle repositioning of volume in the mid-face lifts the whole face, softens the appearance of lines and hollowing further down and brings back the kind of natural definition that makes someone look well-rested and vital rather than obviously treated.

A small amount of precisely placed filler will always outperform a heavier hand. The result should make people think you look well, not wonder what you've had done.

The eye area is where most people notice the first real shift, and it’s also where skincare tends to fall short.

Volume loss under the eye, looser skin on the lids, persistent pigmentation or shadows that don’t shift no matter how much sleep you get - these aren’t surface-level concerns. They’re structural, vascular or related to skin quality, which is why even the best eye creams only take you so far.

That’s usually the point where people start to feel frustrated. You’re doing everything “right”, investing in good products, being consistent, and still not seeing the change you expected.

In clinic, we approach the eye area differently. We look at what’s actually causing the concern. Sometimes it’s loss of support through the mid-face creating shadowing. Sometimes it’s thinning skin that needs strengthening. Sometimes it’s pigment or vascular change that needs to be treated in its own right.

That’s why the solutions are more targeted. Subtle structural support where it’s needed, regenerative treatments to improve skin quality, and light-based therapies to address colour. When you treat the cause rather than just the surface, the result is softer, more natural and far more effective.

This is what your eye cream will never fix, and what we’d actually recommend instead 👉🏼

Pigmentation and redness often sit in the background, but they have a huge impact on how fresh or tired your skin looks overall.

When we treat that properly, the whole face lifts, without needing to add anything or change your features.

This result is after just one IPL treatment. You can see how the skin looks clearer, more even and brighter, but still completely natural. That’s always the aim.

We’re not trying to erase every mark or create something artificial. We’re restoring balance so your skin looks healthier and more consistent.

IPL works by targeting pigment and vascular changes in the skin, helping to break them down gradually so the complexion becomes more uniform over time.

It’s one of the most effective ways to refresh the skin without downtime or drastic change.

Like most things we do, it works best as part of a plan. The right skincare and, where needed, a course of treatments help to maintain and build on results like this.

If your skin feels like it’s lost its clarity or glow, this is often where we start.

As we head closer to summer, outlines that worked well in winter get carried over without much thought, SPF becomes inconsistent, and small habits start to slip.

Over a few months, it’s often enough to trigger pigmentation, dehydration, breakouts, or a general loss of clarity.

What’s frustrating is that most of this is preventable. It’s not about doing more, it’s about being a bit more intentional with how you look after your skin when the environment changes.

These are three of the most common mistakes we see in clinic every summer, and what we’d guide you to do instead if your goal is to keep your skin clear, balanced, and protected ➡️

If your skin hasn’t been behaving the way you expect, or you’re not sure if your current routine is actually supporting it, book a consultation via the link in bio and we’ll go through it properly together 🔗
