Not just for your hair.
Tēl was always designed to be more than a traditional hair oil. Its carefully considered blend of botanical oils is suitable for your hair, scalp and beard—bringing everything together in one simple ritual.
Because good grooming shouldn’t mean reaching for three different bottles.

OUR ROOTS
Before there was KiKi London, there were two very different careers.
Kishan spent years in mergers and acquisitions, advising technology founders through some of the biggest moments of their businesses. Khushali built her career as an optometrist, helping people care for their vision.
On paper, neither of us looked destined to create a modern beauty brand rooted in South Asian heritage.
But despite our different paths, there was one thing we both grew up with.
Hair oiling.
Not as a trend.
Not as a beauty hack.
But as a quiet ritual woven into family life.
As life became busier, we realised those rituals were slowly becoming less common. We wanted to create something that honoured where they came from while fitting naturally into modern life.
That’s how KiKi London began.
Not from a desire to create another hair oil.
But from a belief that some traditions deserve to be carried forward.
Today, every bottle we create is a reflection of that journey — a meeting of heritage and modern life.
Thank you for being part of our story.

When we started building KiKi London, we knew we didn’t just want to create another hair oil.
We wanted to create something that honoured where we came from.
That’s why we chose the name Tēl.
It’s the Gujarati and Hindi word for oil - a quiet nod to our heritage and the rituals that inspired us. Rituals like Champi, the traditional practice of oiling and massaging the scalp, passed down through generations and rooted in care, connection and wellbeing.
This carousel isn’t about looking backwards.
It’s about celebrating traditions that still have a place in modern life.
Because some rituals are worth carrying forward.

If nobody bought another bottle of Tēl…
we’d still use it ourselves.
We’d still oil our hair every week.
We’d still recommend it to our family.
And we’d still be proud that we created something that feels true to us.
Thankfully, you keep proving we’re not the only ones who were looking for it.
Thank you for believing in our little business.

No one asked us to review our own product…
…so we did anyway. 😅
The truth is, we created Tēl because we wanted a hair oil that genuinely fitted our lives.
One that felt luxurious.
One that was lightweight.
One that turned hair oiling into something we actually looked forward to.
We’re obviously biased.
But every word in this carousel is honest.
Now we’d love to know…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
How would you review Tēl in one sentence?
🤍

Sometimes dry hair doesn’t look damaged.
It can simply feel rough.
Lack shine.
Break more easily.
Or never quite feel soft, no matter what you use.
Often, the answer isn’t doing more.
It’s choosing care that supports your hair’s natural balance and showing up consistently.
Because healthy hair isn’t built in a day.
It’s built in the days you show up for it.
