I have had alot of last minute cancellations in the last two weeks less than 24 hours notice .. These appointments will still have to be charged for i am afraid.. Too late to fill the appointment especially when it is a double appointment .
This effects my business massively as i am self employed and rely on this money and the time can not be filled .
I understand last minute illnesses can not been helped .
