This was rather fun to receive during my time off! 🌤️🥳🥳

I’m officially a level 4 sports massage therapist!! My treatment knowledge has moved beyond general sports massage and I can now work a lot more in depth with injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. I have already started using my advanced techniques in practice and have been seeing so much improvement in results 🥹

As a therapist, this means I can:
🧜🏼‍♀️ Assess injuries and muscular dysfunction more thoroughly
🧜🏼‍♀️ Use more advanced treatment techniques
🧜🏼‍♀️ Support rehabilitation alongside training
🧜🏼‍♀️ Help reduce pain and improve movement quality
🧜🏼‍♀️ Bridge the gap between treatment and performance

I love expanding my practice and I’m super excited to be able to help more people 🫶🏼
