And what a wonderful day we had yesterday as we delivered our CLUB CHI Midsummer Mindfulness wellness workshop 🙏

A gentle day spent with beautiful souls as they let go of what they no longer needed to carry within, enabling them to focus on what they want for the latter part of the year ✨

Reflexology … It’s just a foot rub, isn’t it? 👣

I often say to clients that our feet are often neglected, yet they are amazing tools to work with! 💗

The wonders of Reflexology are known to many, however for those who have never experienced it, or perhaps never heard of it, the concept of it being able to help with health issues is never to be underestimated ✨ And, having been offering Reflexology as a therapy for nearly 25 years, it's still a firm favourite of mine 🥰

So, how does it work? 🤔

The premise of all forms of Reflexology is the stimulation of nerve endings. This stimulation sends signals via the Central Nervous System to the different parts of your body. Areas of the body which are imbalanced or have congestion (dis-ease) respond to this stimulation – the result being that you may feel the symptoms of physical and emotional ailments reduce or lessen and your sense of well-being increase.
